Competitive base salary
Benchmarked at 75th percentile of London market rates.
Equity participation
Options with a 4-year vest and 1-year cliff. We want you to share in the upside.
Performance bonus
Discretionary annual bonus tied to individual and company performance.

Learning & development
£2,500 annual budget for courses, conferences, and certifications.
Home office stipend
£1,000 one-time setup allowance plus £50/month for internet and utilities.
Flexible working hours
Core hours 10:00–16:00 GMT. Outside that, work when you're most effective.
Quarterly offsites
The whole company meets in person once per quarter — previous locations include Lisbon, Amsterdam, and Dubai.

Technical assessment

A focused take-home or live technical exercise relevant to the role. We respect your time — nothing longer than 3 hours.

Final interviews

Two conversations: one with the team you'd join, one with a senior leader. We make decisions within 48 hours.
