• You rent computing power (hashrate) from our data centers
• We set up and maintain all physical infrastructure
• You start earning based on the frequency of the machine you rented
• We ensure consistent payouts over cycles depending on what you rented

1.2 Service Features

• Hashrate Rental: Rent computing power for cryptocurrency mining
• Airdrops: Receive periodic rewards as part of our platform benefits
• Exchange System: Convert voucher codes to cash (admin-created codes)
• Honor System: Recognition program for top-performing miners

2.1 Account Creation

To access our services, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

2.2 Account Security

You agree to:

• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Ensure that you exit from your account at the end of each session
• Not share your account credentials with others
• Maintain accurate and current registration information

2.3 Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these Terms.

3.1 Rental Process

1. Browse available hashrate packages
2. Select and purchase a rental package
3. Rental activation occurs automatically after payment processing
4. Payouts begin according to the frequency specified for your rental

3.2 Rental Terms

• Rentals are non-refundable once activated
• Rental periods are fixed based on the product specifications
• Payouts are calculated based on actual network performance and may vary
• We strive to provide consistent payouts but cannot guarantee specific earnings
• Maintenance periods may affect mining operations

3.3 Rental Modifications

We reserve the right to:

• Modify rental terms with prior notice
• Temporarily suspend mining operations for maintenance
• Adjust payout calculations based on network conditions

4.1 Payment Processing

• All payments are processed in USD or other supported currencies
• Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to USD equivalent at time of deposit
• Payment processing fees may apply and are your responsibility

4.2 Payouts

• Payouts are distributed according to the frequency specified for your rental
• Payouts are processed automatically to your wallet within our platform
• We are not responsible for delays caused by external payment processors

4.3 Wallet Management

• You maintain a wallet within our platform for receiving payouts
• You are responsible for maintaining accurate withdrawal information
• We are not responsible for losses due to incorrect withdrawal addresses

5.1 Airdrop Distribution

Airdrops are distributed at our sole discretion. Airdrops may be awarded based on various criteria including but not limited to:

• Account activity
• Rental participation
• Community engagement

Airdrops have no cash value outside our platform.

5.2 Airdrop Terms

• Honor status is not transferable between accounts

You retain ownership of any content you submit to our platform, but you grant us a license to use, display, and distribute such content as necessary to operate our services.
